Our Pricing
Pricing a project is a very fine art. Some companies just put in the square footage and propose the number that comes out of the other end. This is a bad practice because it does not take into account that every project is different no matter what size it is.
We have built an internal pricing model(example pictured to the right) that takes into account other aspects of a project such as project complexity and area of elements. This allows us to ensure that we have covered all of the bases and have done our due diligence to make sure we can give you the best price possible.
Utilizing our internal pricing model, we promise that, short of change orders and work added on, we will NEVER ask for additional funds to complete the project that we proposed on.
We also promise that we will NEVER shop your project out to another country or another firm. We appreciate the working relationships that we have with our clients and stand by our work on every project.
